The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that accused Sushant Raj was trying to appear in the examination in place of the petitioner after taking money from him.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15617 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 Cr.Misc.No.16885 of 2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge XII-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. cacse No.602 of 2018.
