Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. She is named in the First Information Report as the one who had taken Rs. 25,000/- in cash for providing employment to the informant and others.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from the First Information Report itself it will appear that petitioner has been described as house-wife therein and had no capacity to take Rs. 25,000/- from the informant and others.

Be that as it may, petitioner above named being lady house-wife should surrender in the court below within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41348 of 2013 (5) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 97 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
