The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court to protect the life and property of the petitioner from the hands of respondent nos. 6 and 7. Respondent nos. 6 and 7 are sons of the brother of the petitioner.

It shows that there is inter se dispute between the close relations. Therefore, the petitioner cannot be permitted to invoke the extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court to claim protection of his life and property as the private dispute can very
