1. Defect No. 3, as pointed out by the office, is ignored and rest of the defects the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it shall be removed in course of the day.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women.

5. The informant alleges that when Pintu came to save her he was assaulted by Mithlesh Yadav by Gandasa causing injury on the head and other accused assaulted him by lathi and fists on account of land dispute.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation, it would manifest that there is a land dispute between the parties and there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners who are women.

7. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

8. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 389 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
