2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Ganga bridge P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to his field, the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners started abusing and assaulting him. Co-accused Lakhandev Ray snatched golden locket from his neck. Thereafter, the petitioners came to house of the informant and started firing

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. He has further submitted that the allegation of firing is falsified, itself as no one suffered any kind of injuries. He has also submitted that the members of the defense side have also lodged a case against the members of the prosecution side.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga bridge P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
