Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 428 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A), 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the complainant was married with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15956 of 2020(2) dt.14-07-2020 2/2 Saroj Kumar Kamat. After marriage all the accused persons including these petitioners started demanding dowry and subjected her to cruelty. Ultimately, they ousted her after snatching her clothes and ornaments.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner no. 1, is father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 mother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is Dewar and petitioner no. 4 is Gotani of the complainant. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class, Madhubani in connection with Complaint Case No. 428 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
