2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Arar P. S. Case No. 42 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 308(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2)(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that on 12.07.2025 at 8:40 PM, when informant was levelling his field, this petitioner came there, assaulted him by tying his neck with Gamcha and demanded Rs. 2 lacs as extortion. It is further alleged that petitioner tried to take possession of the land of informant and threatened to kill him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is no

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
