Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.890 of 2017, registered under Sections 307/34, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that this petitioner along with others came on motorcycle and shot at the informant sitting at his doorstep causing firearm injury in left elbow. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had no enmity with the informant rather enmity is with Vanshraj and he is in custody for last five months. However, learned counsel for the State submits that the allegation is specific against him causing firearm injury and the petitioner has four criminal antecedents also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6830 of 2018(2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, prayer of bail of the petitioner is presently rejected in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.890 of 2017, pending in the court of learned CJM, Saharsa.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after six months.
