Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2019. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that recovery of liquor from the house of the petitioner is alleged in absence of the petitioner. House is occupied by other family members also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Karai Parsurai

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13845 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Police Station Case No. 02 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
