2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 334 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 45 liters of illicit liquor and the petitioners were seen running away from the spot on Motorcycle.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 30,000/- collectively in some charitable organization without accepting their guilt.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-II, Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 334 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 30,000/- collectively in Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Chhapra and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.

8. As the petitioners claim to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the
