The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada Nagar (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that the alleged vehicle was driven by a driver and the petitioner did not know about the illegal activity of the driver. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 154 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
