Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 398, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR relates to road robbery and murder by unknown person.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2017. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on TI Parade nor any other witness has supported the participation of petitioner in the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9063 of 2018 (3) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mahammadpur Police Station Case No. 38 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
