Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.153 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as other co-accused Md. Ajmal and Md. Ashfaque have been admitted to bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos.5093 of 2018 and 6452 of 2018 on 30.01.2018 and 06.02.2018 respectively.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Md. Shamim is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22111 of 2018(2) dt.16-04-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.153 of 2017.
