08-07-2020 The matter has been taken up through videoconferencing, as per instance of learned counsel for the petitioner through E-mentioning slip, kept at flag 'A' (at serial no. 91), whereby, modification of order dated 05-03-2020 has been sought for.

It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on 05-03-2020, but due to lock-down, the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below within time prescribed by this Court.

In view of aforesaid fact, further ten weeks time from today is granted to petitioners to surrender before the court
