Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a/27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that when the police went to pacify the fight between the two groups, the petitioner having a pistol in his hand managed to escape from the scene after throwing pistol. The police subsequently came to know that such person was Raushan Chaudahry @ Raushan Kumar. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the pistol was recovered from the field which cannot be treated to be from the possession of the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9487 of 2015 (2) dt.20-04-2015 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
With this observation this application is disposed of.
