JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 405 of 2018 dated 18.12.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 337, 427, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that some scuffle had taken place because of a vehicle having been parked in front of the house of the informant.

The petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 have clean antecedents whereas petitioner No. 3 is an accused of a case which has

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners and the background facts, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 405 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
