The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 18.05.2017 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 19320 of 2017, on the ground that the mother of the petitioner is suffering from liver cancer and she has to be treated in Tata Cancer Hospital, the petitioner is the sole son and there is no other male member of the family and, as such, she deserves sympathetic consideration.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that just now the prayer of bail of the petitioner has been rejected and form possession of the petitioner and co-accused 14 Kgs. and 800 grms. Ganja was recovered. The mother of the
