2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghosi (Okri O.P.) P.S. Case No. 722 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 342, 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section-8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Prosecution case in short is that while the informant's daughter was returning from her field after giving lunch to her father, the accused persons dragged her near Payin and tried to outrage her modesty. On alarm raised by the victim, her mother came and the accused persons fled away.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17111 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 case. He is the person of clean antecedent. He has further submitted that the victim's mother did not support the prosecution story in her statement recorded u/S 161 of the Cr.P.C.. It has further been submitted that as a matter of fact, no occurrence as alleged in the FIR has ever taken place and that is why, the victim was not medically examined.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO) Act-cumAdditional Sessions Judge-VI, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi (Okri O.P.) P.S. Case No. 722 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
