1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case no. 322 of 2023 in Sessions Trial no. 1154/2023 registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is stated to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head as a result of which, he sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The injury on the informant has been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2023 and charge-sheet has

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the injury on the informant having been found to be simple in nature, petitioner being in custody for more than 6 months since 24.09.2023 and the charge sheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case no. 322 of 2023 in Sessions Trial no. 1154/2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 16th , Gaya.
