This application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Hilsa P.S.Case No. 199 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act.

The prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 56896 of 2018.

No new ground has been taken in the petition by the petitioner for grant of pre-arrest bail. Law in this regard is well settled that an application for grant of pre-arrest bail can be
