Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted with farsa on the head of the informant whereas co-accused Md. Mustafa assaulted with lathi to the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury on the head has been found to be simple in nature though injury on the shoulder has been found to be grievous but that injury is alleged to have been caused by Md. Mustafa. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.9510 of 2015 (2) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 492 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
