It is submitted that inadvertently prayer has been made in the bail application to grant bail to the petitioner to the satisfaction of CJM, Siwan, whereas it is obvious from the order rejecting bail application that the same was passed by the ADJ-II, Siwan.

Accordingly, the order dated 20.07.2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to be released on furnishing bail bond as stated in the order in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No.291/2017 to the satisfaction of A.D.J-II, Siwan. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) V.K.Pandey/- U T
