Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner and others is confessional statement of co-accused Ravi Ranjan Pandey before the police, while in police custody, as well as considering the fact that co-accused Abinash Pandey has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75563 of 2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
