====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Dhamdaha P. S. Case No.316 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B/ 34 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and admittedly, the dead body of deceased was found inside her matrimonial home. The post mortem report of deceased goes to show that her death was not natural rather the cause of death was asphyxia caused by smothering.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12849 of 2020(3) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.
