Case No.421 of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 506, 384, 353 of the IPC. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned Court of SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S.
