Petitioner has made his application before the Additional Director-cum-State Program Officer (Leprosy), Health Building Sultanganj, Patna, Bihar (respondent No. 4) for grant of benefits under the Assured Career Progression Scheme. It is his grievance that the same is not being considered. 3.
In view of the limited grievance, and decision
Patna High Court CWJC No.4157 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 required to be taken by the respondent No. 4, pendency of the writ petition would serve no useful purpose. The writ petition, therefore is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4, to take a final decision and if dues are found admissible, the same should be paid.

The entire exercise is required to be completed within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
