JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 This has come at the instance of the office stating that vide order dated 11.7.2019 this application for restoration of Cr.Misc.No. 5593 of 2019 was allowed but the name of the petitioner in this application is Santosh Kumar @ Santosh Paswan, whereas in Cr.Misc.No. 5593 of 2019 the name of petitioner was Sunil Kumar @ Sunil Paswan and for that office is regretted for the inconvenience caused to the Court. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh affidavit in this case regarding correction of name of the petitioner in this case.
