The petitioner seeks bail in Jamui Adarsh P.S. Case No. 346 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 31.08.2021. Vide order dated 13.04.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'X'), which reveals that four prosecution witnesses out of eight chargesheeted witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
