Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/40/8D Bihar Mining and Mineral Act, 1972 and 2003. Allegation is that the petitioners were carrying sand in an unauthorized manner. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5210 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 where the case is pending in connection with Aungari (Pir Bigha) Police Station Case No.77 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
