Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 809 of 2018, corresponding to Bihpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018 for the offence under sections 364, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner alongwith others filed on the informant's side while they were fishing.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.5.2018. Considering the period of custody i.e. approximately eight and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
