JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-10-2023 Heard Mr. Harshvardhan Shivsundaram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Sita Ram Yadav, learned GP-16 for the State and Mr. Arun Kumar Arun, learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that for fixation of correct pension, petitioner seeks to avail alternative remedy by filing a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department, Bihar.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on

Patna High Court CWJC No.4273 of 2023 dt.05-10-2023 2/2 behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner may avail remedy before the Additional Chief Secretary, Water Resources Department, Bihar who is directed to examine the correctness of the order dated 25.06.2019 in accordance with law and take steps, in case the petitioner is entitled for fixation of pension as claimed for in the present writ petition, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
