2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is alleged to be member of a gang which was asking for extortion. The petitioner is in jail since 03.08.2023. The petitioner has five criminal antecedents.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in similar cases for demand of extortion, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
