JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2025 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 08.08.2024 passed in Land Dispute Case No.09 of 2023-24 by learned Deputy Collector, Land Reforms Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Respondent No.2) by which learned Court below dismissed the case of the appellant without appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case.
ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to take appropriate action against the private respondent who forcibly possessed the house of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some
