Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioners for offence under sections 420, 467, 471, 474/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the petitioners' certificate produced by them for obtaining appointment on the post of Teacher has been found to be forged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to them. That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is, hereby, rejected but then it is made clear that if the petitioners surrender, their prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by anything said in this order.
