Through this writ application, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondent authority for shifting of his promotion in trained graduate scale with effect from 5.04.2012 in place of 8.08.2014 as well as for consideration and for promotion on the post of Headmaster in elementary school with effect from the date his juniors were promoted.

It is contended that selection list was published for promotion on the post of Headmaster but the petitioner was not placed in that list. Objections were invited and he has submitted the objection

Patna High Court CWJC No.15062 of 2016 dt.31-01-2017 2/2 to the District Programme Officer (Establishment) but no decision has been communicated to the petitioner till date. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai to take a decision upon the objection/representation made by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
