JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 23-06-2015 It has been contended that the maternal uncle of the petitioner is owner of vehicle bearing Registration No.UP65T3637 which has been seized in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014.

The prayer of the petitioner for release of the vehicle in question has been rejected by the court below vide order dated 01.08.2014.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application so that an appropriate application for release of the vehicle may be filed by one Surendra Singh, maternal uncle of the petitioner before the court below.
