JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 28-10-2016 The writ petition was filed for stay of the departmental proceeding in view of the criminal proceeding, but, when the matter is taken for consideration Mr. Binod Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, fairly admits that the departmental proceeding, so initiated against the petitioner, has concluded in a punishment.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to question the punishment order before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
