The petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Minor daughter of the informant is said to have been kidnapped by Praduman Ram and the petitioner who happens to be the father of the said accused & has facilitated the kidnapping. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be old person. He has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence and he is only said to have facilitated the kidnapping of the daughter of the informant by his son. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017.
