====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.O. Case No.14 of 2018 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 75 bottles, each containing 500 ml. Nepali Safi, kept in a bag, which was being carried by this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 14.01.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17335 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Sitamarhi, in connection with G.O. Case No.14 of 2018.
