Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw this application with respect to petitioner no.3.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no. 3.

So far petitioner nos. 1 and 2, they are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 498(A)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12721 of 2020(4) dt.16-12-2020 2/3 and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are father-in-law and motherin-law of the daughter of the informant. Allegation has been made that for non-fulfillment of the demand, they started torturing upon the daughter of the informant and later on her husband has entered into the second marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there no specific allegation against these petitioners. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner nos. 1 and 2, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 Cr. PC and also subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
