This writ petition arises out of Title Suit No. 46 of 2013 pending in the court of Sub-ordinate Judge-1, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

Both the parties have jointly prayed that instead of going into the merit of the writ petition, Title Suit No. 46 of 2013 be directed to be disposed of at the earliest. Accordingly, the Sub-ordinate Judge-1, Nalanda at Biharsharif or the transferee Court is directed to dispose of Title Suit No.46 of 2013 within six months from today. The Subordinate Judge will proceed in the matter on day-to-day basis

Patna High Court CWJC No.5545 of 2020(4) dt.20-06-2022 2/2 without waiting for either of the parties. If either of the parties does not cooperate in the aforesaid Title Suit then the court below will proceed ex parte against non-cooperating party. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
