Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2017.

Allegation is that he had caused firearm injury at the leg of the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, especially, the completion of the investigation of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
