JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 18-06-2015 Irrespective of the dispute about the age of the victim, statement under section 164 of Jyoti Kumari clearly indicates that she was in love with one Navin Kumar and she voluntarily decided to go in view of her professed love which is emerging from her statement.

In view of the same, let all the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand PS Case No.22/2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
