JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kangali P.S.Case No. 37 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 506 and 307 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as similarly situated two other co-accused Sateyendra Prasad and Sanjay Prasad have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42807 of 2017 and vide order dated 18.1.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3639 of 2018 respectively as there is omnibus allegation against all the three persons of assaulting and firing to the informant's family but injury has been

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chandrabhanu Prasad Chauhan @ Chandrabanu Prasad Chauhan, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. R.R. Sahay, ACJM, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Kangali P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017.
