JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 2772 of 2014 registered under Sections 379, 323, 354 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Almost all the other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge by order under reference but the petitioner only because broke open the door of the house and entered with lathies and has been denied anticipatory bail.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, namely, Chhote Lal Tanti be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
