The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 387, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on 19.11.2013 two unknown persons came in a Maruti Car and demanded Rs. 5,000/- from the informant being the Rickshaw pullar. Subsequently, the demand was repeated on 20.11.2013 which was refused then they assaulted the informant by iron rod on this head as a result of which he sustained injury.

The case diary was called for and suggests that the I.O. could not get the injury report from the P.M.C.H. but I.O. came to know that one lacerated injury was found on the person of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24342 of 2014 (4) dt.05-02-2015 petitioner that statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 479 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
