13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Informant, after coming to know about commission of theft in his betel shop and further, apprehension of the thief by the police patrolling party, rushed and found two jerkin diesel stolen away which was found in a bolero jeep possessed by the petitioner, alleged thief.

Considering the nature of the allegation in consonance with the period of detention since 02.04.2017 coupled with the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as per

No.32119 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 para-3, petitioner Tuntun Singh @ Kari Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.
