The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018 dated 27.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Amendment Act.
It is alleged that during the course of raid, two litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner which was kept in a plastic bottle. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the fact that houses of several persons were raided as a retaliatory action by the police and from all the houses, approximately the

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, many such accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail. One such order has been shown to this Court which is dated 06.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6919 of 2019.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and taking into account the gender of the petitioner and her clean antecedents, she is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge VII-cum-Special Judge Excise, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
