The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. For land dispute, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of commission of assault. Specific allegation is against co-accused Shiv Chandra Rai to have caused injury at the head of the informant.
