Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
An FIR of robbery is against unknown.
Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2017. However, he was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused. Finding substance in the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5327 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Manpur Police Station Case No.101 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
